AMERACO Posts 3rd Quarter Growth
Tied to Fed Chairman Expectation of Continued High Foreclosure Rates

Melbourne, FL - - AMERACO, creators of the Find It and Fund It Tutor Training Program for real estate acquisition, announced higher than expected sales during the 3rd Quarter, partly due to economic trends in the housing market.

“Housing faces important problems, including continuing high foreclosure rates,” stated Ben Bernanke, the US Federal Reserve Chairman in his speech to the Economic Club of New York on November 16th. “But residential investment should become a small positive for growth next year rather than a significant drag, as has been the case for the past several years.“

AMERACO posted a 10% increase in sales from the 3rd Quarter. And future trends show an increase in investment opportunity in the AMERACO investor network, currently calculated at over 11,000 members.

Douglas Findley, President of AMERACO, noted that “it is unfortunate the economy is so bad right now. It’s regrettable that people are losing their jobs. But we offer an opportunity for people to work from home, be their own boss, and tap into the residential investment market at the right time. We expect to see a sharp increase in home foreclosures in the coming months and there are more properties than investors.”
